Waquoit Whole House Remodel
This Waquoit home was purchased by our clients in late 2012 and we were asked to correct many of the problems that were prevalent throughout. We replaced shag carpeting in many rooms with wide pine flooring. All of the uninspired interior doors were replaced with Shaker style wood doors that have oil rubbed bronze hardware. We replaced much of the mismatched interior trim. All of the electrical fixtures were updated including plugs and switches. Custom bookshelves were built and the unsafe and poorly designed railing was replaced. In the Master bath we installed a new tile surround at the tub and installed a new vanity, top and fixtures. All of the floors on 3 levels were refinished and the entire house repainted. The garage loft received a complete make over. Next up after the summer of 2013, is to remodel the kitchen and create a new lower level bathroom and laundry space. This project was finished on time and within budget!
